Based on Beijing ChaoFu Road,This paper analyzes the fundamentals of the historic district of the development of tourism.Discusses the advantages and conditions of the historic district tourism development,in particular,analysis of the gradual disintegration of the basis of cultural heritage and community into a decline,how to break the inherent limitations of urban tourism to the cultural and creative content back to life.Finally,this paper put forward relevant proposals.
