在对铣削加工过程中监测信号的采集、特征提取和刀具磨损状态识别完成的基础上,采用LabVIEW与Matlab混合编程技术开发出刀具磨损状态在线监测系统,刀具磨损监测系统软件将信号的采集、特征提取和刀具磨损状态识别集成在一起,实现了刀具磨损状态的在线识别和早期预报,提高了刀具磨损识别的准确性和可靠性。
In this paper, a tool wear line monitoring system was developed by LabVIEW and Matlab mixed programming technology based on the monitoring signal acquisition, feature extraction and tool wear state recognition in the milling process.Signal acquisition, feature extraction, tool wear state recognition and early forecast could be achieved by the tool wear monitoring system software, and the tool wear recognition accuracy and reliability were improved.
