为了分析信息不对称情况下供应链的运作策略,考虑供应链的产品质量风险和运输服务质量风险,建立了由供应商和制造商组成的二级供应链运作决策模型.考虑市场对供应链的影响,假设制造商占主导地位,运用3阶段动态博弈方法研究了供应链成员如何在面对非对称性质量风险时制定合理的运作决策,以保证自身获得最大的利益.最后,讨论了占主导地位的制造商若改变自身策略会对对方利益产生怎样的影响.
To analyze the supply chain operation strategy with product quality risk and transport service quality risk under the condition of information asymmetry,the supply chain operation decision model for a two-stage supply chain consisting of a supplier and a manufacturer was developed.This paper assumes the environment that the manufacturer dominates the supply chain.Considering the influence of the market,the paper uses three-stage dynamic game theory to study how the members of the supply chain constitute reasonable strategies to make sure that they can gain maximum profits themselves while facing the asymmetrical quality risk.Furthermore,this paper also illustrates the fluctuation of one member along with the changing of manufacturer's strategy.
