Based on worldwide research results of steelmaking slag utilization, the shortages of present slag utilization appreach are analyzed, and according to characteristic of stcclmaking slag at different phases of steel-making, the feasibility of steelmaking slag recycling is discussed. The aim of this paper is to study and set up a parameter system to evaluate the potentialof steelmaking slag recycling use.
