以电磁场散射理论为基础,在已有的小椭球粒子群双基地多普勒雷达气象方程中加入了传播效应项,利用此方程探讨旋转椭球雨滴群旋转轴一致铅直向上,双基地系统在探测均匀雨区、移动雨区和不均匀分布雨区时传播效应的影响。通过与单基地雷达回波功率比较可知,传播效应的存在使得双基地系统辅站一侧回波功率比高值区的范围变大,主站雷达一侧传播效应对回波功率的影响与入射波的偏振关系有关。
In this paper, based on an electromagnetic scattering theory, we add a propagation effect factor to derived bistatic radar equations over ellipsoid raindrops. By supposing all the ellipsoid rotation axises are vertical, we use these equations to study the propagation effect of a bistatic radar system for detecting different distributed rainfall areas. By comparing the echo power with monostatic radars we can see that the propagation effect increases high-value areas of echo power ratios around the receiver radar compared to the side of the main radar in the bistatic radar system. Moreover, the propagation effect is related with the polarization of incident electromagnetic waves.
