超声波电动机的优化设计包含振动模态优化,激励方式或区域设定,电机结构、尺寸优化等等,以满足电机工作需求并改善其输出性能。介绍了一种基于MATLAB和ANSYS的自动优化方法,即利用MATLAB运行优化算法,建立APDL参数化分析模型,并反复调用ANSYS分析对超声波电动机进行自动优化。文中以矩形板超声波电动机的驱动足优化为例,给出了驱动足的位置设定和形状优化过程,并对MATLAB与ANSYS程序之间的调用、接口及数据交互方面做了详细说明。
The optimum design of ultrasonic motors involving the optimization of vibration mode,the determination of excitation pattern and area,the structural optimization,etc,was proposed to meet the motor work demand and to improve the motor output.A method for automatic optimization of ultrasonic motors based on MATLAB and ANSYS was presented in this paper,in which MATLAB conducted the optimization algorithm,established the parametric model based on APDL,and repeatedly called the ANSYS analysis to optimize the ultrasonic motor automatically.For instance,location setting and shape optimization of the driving tip of rectangular plate ultrasonic motors were investigated,and the call,interface and data exchange between MATLAB and ANSYS were discussed in detail.
