以氯虫酰胺和氟虫酰胺结构为基础,通过活性基团拼接法,设计合成了一系列新的含七氟异丙基的氯虫酰胺类似物,所有化合物均通过核磁共振氢谱和高分辨质谱进行表征.生物活性测试结果表明,七氟异丙基的引入使得杀虫活性大幅度降低.在100 mg/L的浓度下,化合物4b和6a分别表现出100%和80%的杀虫活性.另外,部分化合物具有一定的杀菌活性.
In order to find novel insecticides targeting the ryanodine receptor with high activity,a series of novel analogues of chlorantraniliprole containing heptafluoroisopropyl group,developed from the structures of chlorantranili-prole and flubendiamide,was designed and synthesized according to the substructure link principle.Their structures were characterized by 1H NMR and HRMS.Their evaluated insecticidal activities show that the introduction of the heptafluoroisopropyl group decreases the activitiy sharply.At the concentration of 100 mg/L,compounds 4b and 6a show insecticidal activities with 100% and 80%,respectively.In addition,these analogues exhibite certain fungicidal activities.
