蛋白质组学是在整体水平上对特定的一类细胞,组织或者器官内的所有蛋白质的表达水平或者翻译后加工状态的系统研究。蛋白质组中的蛋白质既可以是“一种基因组所表达的全套蛋白质”,也可以是一种细胞乃至一种生物所表达的全部蛋白质。蛋白质组学能够为我们解决以下科学问题:蛋白质的表达水平、蛋白质修饰、蛋白质的相互作用、寻找新的生物标志物。系膜增殖型肾小球肾炎的病理特点之一是系膜细胞增殖。解放军总医院肾脏病科、解放军肾脏病研究所研究团队应用蛋白质组学新技术,探索系膜细胞增殖通路中的差异蛋白质表达谱并分析调控机制,这些研究将为靶向治疗这类疾病提供良好的分子依据。
Proteomics is a systematic study on the expression levels and processing status after translation of all the proteins within a specific type of cell,tissue or organ on the whole level.The whole set of proteins of a proteome may be expressed by a genome,or by a certain type of cell or organism.Proteomics can settle the following problems:the expression level of a protein,modification of a protein,the interactions among proteins, and finding of new biomarkers. The mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis is pathologically chatacterized by proliferation of mesangial cells.We use the new techniques of proteomics to explore the differentially expressed protein profiles and analyze its regulation mechanisms.These studies will provide molecular proofs for the targeted treatment of the disease.
