为优化离心泵负载与光伏系统的匹配特性,首先根据晴天光照分布特征通过系统配置估算方法得到所需离心泵负载在最高光照时的基本配置参数,然后根据离心泵运行的流量和扬程特性,采取不同额定流量与最大流量之比与系统匹配,分别对不同匹配下的系统性能进行分析,最后选取较优性能下的负载参数对泵选型并进行实验。结果表明:流量扬程特性曲线较斜的离心泵更适合于光伏水泵全工况运行,系统效率随离心泵的最大光照时流量与额定流量比值增大而增大,比值在1.1—1.2的离心泵,其系统全天具有较高的效率。研究结果可为光伏离心泵负载选型及优化提供参考。
With the aim to optimize the centrifugal pump load matching characteristics with a photovohaic system, a method to estimate the system configurations was established at first. In sunny conditions, the basic parameters of centrifugal pumps in the highest solar radiation level were obtained through this method. Several sets of centrifugal pumps with different ratios between rated flow and maximum flow were matched with the PV system, and the system performances in different conditions were analyzed. According to the results of comparisons, a group of load characteristic parameters were selected for selecting pump model and testing. Results show that the more oblique of the characteristic curve of centrifugal pumps, the more suitable for the PV system. The efficiency of this system increases with the ratio between maximum flow and rated flow, and is higher when the ratio is between 1. 1 - 1.2. This study provides a reference for PV centrifugal pumps load model selection and optimization.
