为丰富我国灌溉机组的灌溉模式,针对喷、滴灌系统各自的优缺点,在此基础上设计了喷滴灌两用机组的初步构成型式。该系统首部与管道的连接采用快速拆装结构,可根据不同作物或不同地形的需求自如地进行喷、滴灌两种灌溉方式的转换,并可实现两种运行工况。最后采用优化算法并进行优化配置,对该机组的能耗进行了分析,当机组在两个工况下运行时,与单一(额定)工况相比,能耗降低了17.9%。与常规单一灌溉机组相比,该系统可实现灌区的轮作及倒茬,减少土壤盐渍化,起到保护土壤的作用。同时,该灌溉机组拓展了轻小机组适应功能,有利于提高我国的农业装备技术水平,是一种值得推广的灌溉模式。
In order to enrich the modes of the irrigation machine and in view of the sprinkler and drip irrigation systems and their advantages and disadvantages involved in corresponding working processes,apreliminary form of the machine is designed based on the present research advancement by adopting the fast disassembling and connection structure,which makes the changes of irrigation mode available in accordance with the growth status of different crops or various terrains.Finally energy consumption analysis is carried out by using the optimization algorithm.Compared with the single rated working condition,the energy consumption is reduced by 17.9% when the machine works with two operation modes.The researches show that this machine can ensure the crop rotation in irrigated area,reduce soil salinization,and contribute to soil conservation;it enhances the adaptive capability;it can help to raise the level of agricultural technology in China.So the irrigation mode has a great potential for applications.
