采用NI公司的DAQ-6024E数据采集卡和研制的反相放大式恒电位电路构建了便携式腐蚀电化学测试装置——Virtual CETS,该装置以笔记本电脑为平台,可用于实验室和现场的腐蚀监检测。在图形化虚拟仪器开发环境LabVIEW6.1下开发了VirtualCETS的应用软件。测试中激励波形的发生、数据采集的控制以及进行数据处理、给出评价参数都由软件完成。应用VirtualCETS进行了多项实际实验,结果表明该系统能便捷可靠地进行腐蚀电化学检测。

英文摘要:

A portable computerized system for corrosion rate measurement was established, which consists of a poten- tiostat based on inverting amplification circuit and a laptop computer equipped with an NI DAQ-6024E multifunction card and suitable application software. This system is named Virtual CETS (short for corrosion electrochemical test system). The application software was developed in graphic programming environment LabVIEW 6.1, whose functions are to offer a virtual front panel, create the array of stimulation signals, control the measurement procedure and perform data display, storage and analysis. Some experiments were performed with Virtual CETS both in laboratory and in the field. Experiment results show that the system can be applied to general corrosion electrochemical test credibly and conveniently.
