在一管式炉上对煤粉高温热解小分子挥发分的动态析出特性及产量、构成等进行了研究。实验选择从烟煤到无烟煤的4种煤,热解温度范围在800—1200℃。实验结果表明:随着热解温度的升高,在动态析出峰值上,HCN、C2H2、CO、H2持续增大,C2H6持续减小,而NH3、CH4及C2H4则是先增大后减小;在各物质析出产量上,HCN、CO、H2随温度而增加,CH4、C2H6随之下降,而NH3、C2H2、C2H4则存在一个最大析出值;烟煤挥发分平均分子量随温度升高而变小,无烟煤则是先变小后增大,在整体上烟煤的挥发分平均分子量要大于无烟煤。此外,在各种研究的小分子挥发分物质中烟煤的析出量均要大于无烟煤的析出量,CO、H2的最大析出量分别与煤中的氧及氢含量多少相对应。
High temperature pyrolysis of pulverized coal was conducted using tubular furnace to investigate the dynamic yield performance of light volatiles and their production, composition, etc. Four types of coal were chosen ranked from bituminous to anthracite, and the pyrolysis temperature was set from 800 to 1200 ℃. When the pyrolysis temperature increased, the experimental results showed: the dynamic yield peak value of HCN, C2H2, CO, H2 increased each, the one of C2H6 decreased oppositely, while NH3, CH4 and C2H4 each had some largest one; the yield amount of HCN, CO, H2 increased each, while the one of C2H6 diminished reversely, and NH3, C2H2, C2H4 each had some largest one; the mean molecular weight of volatiles decreased for bituminous coal, but decreased first and increased slowly later for anthracite coal, and the bituminous coal's mean molecular weight was larger than the one of anthracite coal. The yield amount of bituminous' every light volatile considered in the experiment was larger than that of anthracite, and the maximum yield amount of CO and H2 was correspondingly proportioned to the oxygen and hydrogen content in the coal.
