Digital and Analog Mixed Integrated Circuits is an important Course for master students of micro-electronics discipline. Based on many years teaching and practicing experience and according to the characteristics of the course,this paper propose the basis principle that it should focus on analog part in teaching content while taking into account depth and extent. On the teaching method,we also employ the way of teaching objects subdivision,theory combined with engineering practice as well as paying equal attention to analysis and design,which has gained well teaching effect and course evaluation.
