以DII作为数据源,运用SPSS统计软件,对3G通讯技术进行了专利计量分析,结果表明技术强度TS和专利权人h指数是有效的专利质量评价指标并具有显著相关性,3G通讯技术专利在2004—2008五年间增长864.7%的同时,其重点技术领域包括选择两站之间连接的方法与设备、信息信号的传输、信号传输设备与方法、电话通信系统以及电数字数据处理,而传统电子通信强国在3G通讯技术领域仍处于领先地位。
Based on DII database, with software SPSS, This article assesses the 3G communication technology by patentometric methods. The results show that the technology strength (TS) and assignee h-index (h) are suitable indicators for the assessment and there are significant correlation between TS and h. While the patents on 3G communication increase by 864.7% during the 2004 and 2008, the important domains focus on the selection of methods and equipments between base station and base station, information signal transmission, the methods and equipments for information transmission, telephone communication system and electric digital data processing. Meanwhile, traditional powerful nations in the electronic communications keep the leading positions in the field of 3G communication technology.
