为揭示滚动轴承外圈单一点蚀故障机理,基于Hertz接触理论和接触变形量渐变释放的客观事实,考虑了滚动体通过外圈点蚀故障时外圈自身变形量的影响,在给出滚动体进入和离开故障区时变形量的释放变化规律和计算方法基础上,建立了外圈含单一点蚀故障缺陷的滚动轴承动力学模型。通过数值仿真和实验验证,证明了本文模型的正确性,为滚动轴承外圈故障诊断提供了理论依据。
In order to reveal the failure mechanism of rolling hearing element with single outer race defect, a dynamic model, which considered the influence of outer race deformation and regarded the changing of deformation as continuous rather than transient, was constructed by using Hertz contact theory. In the model the contact deformation of a roller passed through the outer race defect was assumed to be a linear function. The model was validated by numerical simulation and experiment research. It is very valuable for fault diagnosis of rolling bearing element with outer race defect.
