以斜裂纹为研究对象,将非线性输出频率响应函数(Nonlinear output frequency response function,NOFRF)应用到含有斜裂纹转子系统的故障诊断中。对比分析了斜裂纹不同倾角,不同裂纹深度和不同裂纹位置下的NOFRF值的变化情况,得到了具有一定价值的结论。实验结果表明,系统的NOFRF值对裂纹的不同倾角、裂纹的不同位置和裂纹深度的变化相当的敏感。因此,根据系统的NOFRF值的变化情况,可以有效监测转子系统中的斜裂纹故障。
In this paper, the slant crack is used as the object of study, nonlinear output frequency response function (NOFRF) is introduced to fault diagnosis of rotor system with slant crack. The NOFRF values of slant crack changing with different crack angle and crack location and crack depth are compared, and some valuable conclusions are obtained. The experiment results show that the NOFRF values are very sensitive to different crack angle and different crack location and different crack depth. Therefore, the fault of the slant crack in the rotor system can be effectively monitored according to the change of the NOFRF of the system.
