利用乙酸为溶剂和掺杂剂,通过化学氧化聚合法制备了掺杂聚苯胺,利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、电子扫描显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对聚合物进行了表征。在1mol/LH2SO。溶液中,用循环伏安、恒流充放电、电化学交流阻抗等测试方法,对不同温度制备的聚苯胺的电化学电容特性进行了研究。结果表明,低温(0℃)制备的乙酸掺杂聚苯胺在1mol/L硫酸溶液中呈现较好的电容性质,5mA放电时电容值达407F/g,比室温制备的聚苯胺比电容(212F/g)高48%。
Polyaniline doped with acetic acid used as the solvent and dopant has been prepared by chemical oxidation polymerization. The polymer was characterized by FT-IR, SEM, XRD. Electrochemical capacitance performance in 1 mol/L H2SO4solution was evaluated by cyclic voltammogram, galvanostatic charge/discharge and electrochemical impedance spectrometry. Results show that the polyaniline doped with acetic acid synthesized at (0 ℃) has higher crystalline than that prepared at room temperature. The specific capacitance of the polyaniline prepared at 0 ℃ is as high as 407 F/g at 5 mA discharging compared to that of polyaniline prepared at 20 ℃ (212 F/g at 5 mA).
