采用二次通用旋转组合设计试验方法,建立了钼粉粒度、氧含量与还原工艺参数间关系的经验数学模型,绘制了单工艺参数及双工艺参数与钼粉粒度、氧含量间关系的函数图象,得出了制备钼粉的最佳工艺,为钼粉的工业生产实践提供参考。
A mathematical model of the relation between molybdenum powder particle size, oxygen content and reduction process parameters has been established by means of quadratic general rotary unitize design. Function graphs of single process parameter and double process parameter contribution to powder particle size and oxygen content are drawn. The optimum reduction process of molybdenum powder is obtained. The results are kept for references to the commercial manufacture practice of molybdenum powder.
