The skein mothed is used to investigate an equivalence relation between singular tangles. This relation is important for knot invariants. Some formulas of this relation which are useful for concrete calculations are given. They are used to calculate a 3-order Vassiliev invariant on some knots and determine an equivalence condition for amphichirality of these knots.
