After creative destruction leading to the discontinuity of technology progress, incumbents firms become the victim. Then, why incumbent firms that have resource and capability advantage over new entrants can't firstly develop radical innovation? How can they improve this situation? This study attempts to answer these questions from the perspective of corporate entrepreneurship mechanism.
