In the preprocessing of high dimensional sparse data, this paper puts forward a modified two stage Collaborative Clustering algorithm（MTSCCA） to produce better quality subspace of high-dimensional sparse object - attribute, and the experimental studies demonstrate that the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm outperforms most existing clustering algorithms.
