为揭示形成我国杂交稻及其骨干亲本抽穗期多样性的影响因素,研究选取杂交稻骨干亲本并用其配制了38个杂交组合,通过抽穗期田间调查,结果表明,亲本材料和F1组合的播始期表现广泛变异;通过对部分材料抽穗期控制基因Hd1、Ehd1、Hd3a、RFT1以及Hd3a启动子测序比较表明,仅Hd1表现出多种等位基因的变异,并且不同类型等位基因及其组合解释了抽穗期表型变异的19.75%。研究结果表明Hd1等位基因多态性是我国杂交稻骨干亲本抽穗期变异的遗传基础之一。
To reveal the influencing factors on diversity of heading stage in hybrid rice and their backbone parents, backbone parents of hybrid rice were selected to make 38 F1hybrid rice,and their heading stage in field behaved a wide variation. Based on the field experiment, Sequence alignment of heading stage gene Hd1,Ehd1,Hd3a,RFT1 and promoter of Hd3a with part of backbone parents showed that only Hd1 behaved a variant allele and accounted for 19.75% of total phenotypic variation in heading stage. Results showed that Hd1 variant alleles was one of the genetic bases for heading stage variation in backbone parents of hybrid rice.
