英文摘要：
Firstly,the characteristics of urbanization projects are analyzed. Then scarcity of existing research is illustrated. At last, a research framework for time-cost tradeoff optimization is built with risk consideration in urbanization projects. In the research framework numerous hotpots of subjects＇ accumulation are merged, describing the dynamic complexity of urbanization projects. Some intellectual support is provided for the new round of urbanization.
