在文献研究、深度访谈的基础上,利用扎根理论对132名员工的访谈资料进行编码,并由焦点会议小组进行审核和校验,最终得到员工薪酬价值观的定义。研究结果表明,员工薪酬价值观是以自我为主体,以货币符号性薪酬所体现的内在薪酬价值依据“系”为对象,按照员工自主选择的价值评价“秤”对薪酬进行价值测量,并以测量结论感知薪酬对自我价值体现状态与情感的一种价值认知与评价。此外,员工薪酬价值观还包括薪酬价值依据系、薪酬价值评价秤、薪酬价值感知场3个维度。
On the basis of literature review and in-depth interview, the author encodes the inter- view data of 132 employees by the grounded theory, and then the focus group check and review the en- coding. The research results suggest that employee compensation value takes employees as main bodies, the compensation value basis system embodied by currency symbolic compensation as the ob- ject, does employee Compensation values survey according to the compensation values scale, and takes the conclusion to measure the perception of compensation to reflect the status of self-worth and emo- tion. Accordingly, employee compensation values consists of three dimensions, compensation value basis system, compensation value scale, and compensation value dignified field.
