有越来越多的研究开始关注工作幸福感和创新绩效之间的关系,但结论存在一定的争议。文章引入工作价值观和工作投入,深入分析工作幸福感对创新绩效的影响机理。通过对388名员工和92名主管的配对调研获得研究数据,采用层级回归方法对数据进行分析。结果表明:(1)工作幸福感对创新绩效产生显著的正向影响;(2)工作幸福感对工作投入产生显著的正向影响;(3)工作投入在工作幸福感和创新绩效之间起到完全中介作用;(4)能力与成长工作价值观对工作幸福感和创新绩效之间关系的调节作用以工作投入为中介。
More and more research work begins to focus on the relationship between well-being and innovation performance, but there is always controversy. This study introduces work values and work engagement and conducts an in-depth analysis of the influence mechanism of well-being on innovation performance. Research data is collected through the administration of questionnaires to 388 employees and 92 supervisors. Empirical analysis suggests that ( 1 ) Well-being has significant positive impact on innovation performance. (2) Well-being also has significant positive impact on work engagement. (3) Work engagement plays a full mediating role between well-being and innovation performance. (4) Competence and growth work value is a moderator between well-being and innovation performance mediated by work engagement.
