采用实时定量PCR方法检测47例人宫颈癌组织及35例正常宫颈组织中miR-7、ciRS-7及黏着斑激酶(FAK)mRNA的表达,并分析其表达的相关性,探讨其临床意义。结果表明:① miR-7在人宫颈癌组织中的表达明显低于正常宫颈组织,而ciRS-7在人宫颈癌组织中的表达高于正常宫颈组织(P〈0.05),且miR-7、ciRS-7在宫颈癌中的表达存在明显的负相关(r=-0.644,P〈0.05);② FAK mRNA在正常宫颈组织低表达,在宫颈癌组织中高表达,两组相比差异显著(P〈0.05)。说明在宫颈癌组织和细胞中miR-7与ciRS-7的表达存在明显的负相关,且ciRS-7、miR-7与FAK的表达存在相关性,提示这些基因有望为宫颈癌的诊断和治疗提供新的分子靶向。
To detect the expression of miR-7and ciRS-7and FAK mRNA in cervical cancer tissues(n=47)and normal cervical tissues(n=35)by qRT-PCR.To analyze the relationship between miR-7and ciRS-7and FAK mRNA in cervical cancer tissues.To explore its clinical significance.Results:① The expression of miR-7is obviously lower in cervical cancer tissues compared to normal cervical tissues,and the expression of ciRS-7was obviously higher in cervical cancer tissues than that in normal cervical tissues(P〈0.05).There was significantly negative relationship between the expression of miR-7and ciRS-7(r=-0.644,P〈0.05).② The expression of the FAK mRNA was higher in cervical cancer than normal cervical tissue,revealing that the two groups were significant different(P〈0.05).The study indicated that there was significantly negative relationship between the expression of miR-7and ciRS-7and co-relationship between the expression of miR-7and ciRS-7and FAK in cervical cancer.These genes are expected to provide new molecular targeted therapy for diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer.
