运用社会学所广泛采用的“社会资本”分析框架，梳理泸沽湖景区内博树社区与大落水社区旅游发展经历，对旅游社区多方行动者如何借用既有社会结构，赋权、利用与分配旅游资源，开展旅游社区治理实践进行了讨论，提出了从发挥资源对社区治理的影响作用、培育社区治理的多方行动者、借用社区的社会结构、建立主体的良性互动关系四个方面做好民族旅游社区治理工作的建议。

英文摘要：

With the analysis structure of social capital widely used in sociology, this paper discusses the practitioners’ usage of existing social structure to empower, utilize and distribute tourist resources and their governing practice of ethnic tourism communities, based on the combing of tourism development ex-periences of Boshu community and Daluoshui community in Lugu Lake scenic spot located. This paper comes up with the opinion that the governance of tourism community should be improved from four as-pects, namely, giving full play to the role of resources to community governance, cultivating practitioners of community governance, taking social structure of the community and establishing positive interaction of principle parts.
