真核生物中RhoGTP酶激活蛋(Rho GTPase activating proteins,RhoGAPs)编码一大类具有RhoGAP活性的基因家族,作为分子开关,可以极大地提高Rho族蛋白内在的RhoGTPase活性。本综述主要就RhoGAP家族蛋白的结构、调控机制及其功能多样性进行了简述,目的在于阐明RhoGAP与RhoGTP酶信号传导途径的内在联系,为深入研究RhoGAP蛋白的调控机理及其功能提供一定的参考和理论依据。
In eukaryotes, RhoGAPs (RhoGTPase activating proteins) encodes a large family of genes which have RhoGAP activity. As molecular switches, RhoGAPs could greatly enhance the activity of RhoGTPase in Rho proteins. In this review, we focused on the recent progress in the structure, regulation mechanism and biological functions of RhoGAP proteins in eukaryotes in order to clarify the internal relationship of enzyme signal pathways between RhoGAP and RhoGTP. This paper provided references and theoretical basis for researching the regulating mechanism and its functions of RhoGAP proteins.
