The people of the Uygur nationality in Turpan region have rich and deep accumulation in history and culture.And it has been declared a number of intangible cultural heritage of the national,autonomous region and the region.But the declaration work still has problems such as the lack of the professional orga- nization and talent and special funds, lack of the declaration plan and the subject of declaration is single, etc.The government in Turpan should establish the intangible cultural heritage protection center, enhance the efforts of the training and introducing of the talent and so on to solve these problems. According to these measures, the declaration work of the intangible cultural heritage in Turpan region could be ensured to launch further more.
