基于铁路危险货物应急指挥中心布局对区域内危险货物运输安全的影响,分析铁路危险货物应急指挥中心对辐射范围内应急处置点的应急响应与热传导现象的相似性,参照热传导的傅立叶定律,建立铁路危险货物运输应急响应热传导模型,引入应急响应密度和应急响应阻率等概念,并得出相应计算公式。研究得出铁路危险货物应急指挥中心对区域内危险货物作业点的应急响应能力与两者之间的应急响应梯度成正比,与两者之间的应急响应阻率成反比。实例表明,模型的合理性与实用性以及计算公式的可行性。

英文摘要:

On the basis of the influence of railway dangerous goods emergency response center location on transport safety,the similarity between emergency response and heat conduction is analyzed.The heat transfer model for emergency response of Railway Dangerous Goods is established by referring to the Fourer Role.By introducing the concept of emergency response flux and emergency response resistance,the calculating formula is educed.The study shows that the emergency response flux of emergency control center to emergency control spot is in proportion to the emergency response gradient between them and in inverse proportion to emergency response resistance.An applied example indicates that the model reasonable and practical,and the calculation formulas is feasible.
