聚合物反应挤出过程不仅涉及挤出过程中流动、传热传质等化学工程问题,还必须考虑反应与挤出过程的耦合。为控制产物的分子量及其分布,需对聚合物在挤出机中流动行为进行考察。理论计算为反应挤出分析提供了优化方法,其中反应器流型模拟可用于操作优化,而数值计算方法可用于设计优化。本文分析了反应挤出过程的模拟方法与发展现状,评估了当前研发需求,并对今后发展方向做了展望。
Reactive extrusion involves not only flow behavior, mass and heat transfer in the extrusion process, but also the coupling of reaction and extrusion. The flow behavior of polymer melt/solution in extruder should be investigated in order to control the molecular weight and its distribution. Theoretical calculation has been widely used to optimize reactive extrusion process, which contains two main categories:the approaches based on chemical engineering and the others based on continuum mechanics. The formers are benefit to operation optimization, while the latters are helpful for design optimization. The developments of these two approaches are reviewed in this paper and main trends of simulation for reactive extrusion are also discussed.
