YAO Chen-guo, male, received the Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from Chongqing University, China, in 2003. Since 2007, he has been a Professor with the College of Electrical Engineering, Chongqing University. His current works include new electrical engineering in bio medical engineering and its treatment ap paratus. S. degree in electrical engineering. Her research is focused on modeling and simulation the electric field of power substation and transmission lines. S. degrees in electrical engineering from Chongqing University, China, in 2005, where he is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering. He is currently a Lecturer with the Col- lege of Electrical Engineering, Chongqing University. His areas of research interests include the biological effects of electromagnetic field on animals, modeling and simulation in electric fields, the killing effect of electric pulses on tumors.
