为探讨利用垃圾焚烧飞灰代替水泥进行污染底泥固化的可行性,研究了不同配比的底泥、水泥、垃圾焚烧飞灰的固化体抗压强度及浸出毒性.结果表明:固化剂中用20%的垃圾焚烧飞灰替代10%的水泥配置的固化体7.d,其抗压强度可达0.24.MPa,重金属浸出浓度低于毒性标准,固化体可进入固废填埋场填埋处置.
In order to discuss the feasibility of solidifying contaminated sediment via waste incineration fly ash instead of cement,this paper studies the compressive strength and leaching toxicity of the solidified body containing different proportional ingredients such as sediment,cement and waste incineration fly ash.The results show that the compressive strength of the solidified body which is confected by 20% waste incineration fly ash instead of 10% cement in solidifying agent can reach 0.24 MPa during 7 days,and the leaching concentration of heavy metal in the solidified body is lower than the toxicity standard,and the solidified body will meet the requirement of landfills.
