利用专利数据进行核心技术演进的分析是当前理论和实践性较强的研究热点问题。以太阳能光伏电池技术为例,基于专利家族的分析视角,从专利家族数量、地区分布、专利引证分析和专利共现网络等方面对核心技术演进路径进行分析。将太阳能光伏电池技术的发展分为新技术类别涌现期、技术完善期、技术调整期三个阶段。探测其核心技术的演进为l03-e05b(太阳能电池)→u12-a02a5(太阳能电池装配)→l04-c11c(半导体电极)。分析我国与美日欧在相关技术专利家族方面的差距,提出我国当前应把握技术调整期这一机遇,缩小与美日欧技术差距。
Analysis of the core technology evolution using patent data is the current research hot issue theoretically and practically. Taking solar photovoltaic technology as an example, based on the analysis from the perspective of patent family, this paper conducts an analysis of the evolution path of core technology from patent family number, area distribution, citation analysis, patent co-occurrence network and other aspects. The development of solar photovoltaic technology is divided into three periods:new technology category emergence period, technology perfecting period, and technology adjustment period. The path of evolution of the core technology is from l03-e05b ( solar cells) to u12-a02a5 (assemblies of solar cells), and then to l04-c11c (semiconductor processing-electrodes). Analysis of the disparity between China and America, Japan and Europe in the related technology patent family suggest that China should grasp this opportunity of technical adjustment period and narrow the technology gap with America, Japan and Europe.
