本文旨在研究高温应激状态下仔猪肠上皮脂质过氧化指标的变化。选用35日龄农大小型试验猪32头,分为对照组和应激组。各组分别于试验第1天、第3天、第6天和第10天采样,测定各段肠组织匀浆液SOD、GSH-Px、MDA含量的变化。结果发现:随着应激时间的延长,对照组肠组织中各检测指标未出现显著变化,应激组差异较大。与对照组比较,应激组试猪空肠SOD、GSH-Px活力在第6天和第10天显著降低,MDA含量在第1天和第3天显著升高;回肠SOD、GSH—Px活力在应激后第1天和第3天均显著下降,但MDA含量无显著变化;十二指肠仅见第1天出现MDA含量上升现象。这表明高温应激状态下仔猪小肠组织的脂质过氧化增强,其中以空肠组织最为明显。
The aim of the present work was to study the effect of high temperature stress on lipid peroxidation indexes of small intestinal epithelium in piglets. Thirty-two weaned piglets with an initial weight of (6.50±1.05)kg, 35 day-old were randomly divided into two groups (normal temperature control group, NTC;high temperature stress group, HTS). In each group, duodenum, jejunum, ileum samples were collected respectively from four piglets on the 1^st, 3^rd, 6^th and 10^th day. SOD, GSH-PX activity and MDA contents of small intestinal epithelium were determined by kit. The results showed that jejunal SOD, GSH-PX activity in the HST group was significantly decreased compared with the NTC group on the 6^th and 10^th day, while MDA contents were increased on the 1^st and 3^rd day. SOD, GSH-PX activity in ileum also decreased remarkably on the 1st and 3^rd day. The experimental results indicated that lipid peroxidation increased remarkably in jejunum under high temperature stress.
