文章采用实验室规模的固定床反应器作为实验平台,对蓝藻快速热解液化制取生物油的可行性进行了探讨,并对影响液化性能的诸多因素,如热解温度(300~700℃)、载气流量(0~400 mL/min)、原料粒径(d〈0.08 mm,0.15〈d〈0.25 mm,0.25〈d〈0.38 mm,0.38〈d〈3.35 mm,d〉3.35 mm)和不同原料配比(蓝藻与秸秆粉混合)进行了分析和讨论。结果表明:当热解温度为500℃、粒径小于0.08 mm、载气流量为100mL/min时,热解产物中生物油产率最大,为54.97%(wt%),热值达31.9 MJ/kg,通过成分分析表明水华蓝藻是生产生物油的良好候选材料。
Pyrolysis experiments were done in the lab scale fixed bed reactor to evaluate the feasibility of fast pyrolysis and liquefaction of algae for bio-oil.Effects of various factors such as final pyrolysis temperature 300~700 ℃,nitrogen flow rate 0~400 mL/min,particle size less than 0.08 mm,0.15~0.25 mm,0.25~0.38 mm,0.38~3.35 mm and more than 3.35 mm as well as mixing ratio,were investigated.Results showed that the pyrolysis of algae for bio-oil is reliable.The maximum bio-oil yield was obtained at final pyrolysis temperature of 500 ℃,particle size below 0.08 mm and nitrogen flow rate of 100 mL/min,with the value being 54.97% and calorific being 31.9 MJ/kg.
