采用湿污泥/锯末共热解制氢所得残余半焦作为吸附剂,研究了其吸附亚甲基蓝的动力学和热力学特性。试验表明,共热解半焦比表面积达到了168.27m^2/g,其对亚甲基蓝的吸附量随着溶液初始质量浓度和吸附温度的增加而升高,35℃时亚甲基蓝的吸附量可达16.35mg/g。动力学分析表明,亚甲基蓝在半焦表面的吸附符合伪2级动力学模型。等温吸附过程能较好地用Langmuir模型表示。不同温度下的吸附热力学的吉布斯自由能(AG)以及熵变(△S)和焓变(△H)显示该吸附过程为自发吸热反应。
Residue char from co-pyrolysis of wet sewage sludge and biomass was employed as adsorbent. And the adsorption of methylene blue on surface of the char was studied. The results showed that the specific surface area of residue char was 168.27 m^2/g. Its adsorption capacity increased with the addition of initial concentration or temperature and the adsorption capacity was 16.35 mg/g when the temperature was 35 ℃. The kinetics analyses indicated that the adsorption of methylene blue followed the pseudo second-order kinetics model. Moreover, the adsorption isotherm was described by Langmuir model. The values ofAG, △H and △S in different temperatures declared that the adsorption was a spontaneous and endothermic process.
