目前,风力发电机组缺乏一个面向整机所有重要部件关键参数的综合性监测系统,且现有系统的分析和诊断功能较薄弱。因此,设计了一种风力发电机组在线故障预警和诊断一体化系统,分别从系统的结构、功能和特点3个方面阐述了整个系统的硬件和软件实现。在对现有故障诊断方法和振动信号特点分析的基础上,阐述和论证了故障预警系统的工作原理和故障诊断方法的步骤,并重点对故障诊断系统自学习能力的具体功能和实现方法进行了说明。实际风电场运行情况表明,该一体化系统稳定、可靠、高效,完全能够满足实际的需要。
At moment there are very few system which can monitor the key operating parameters of wind turbine important components,and fault diagnosis capability in the existing system is very poor.An integrated system is designed,which combines the on-line fault warning and fault diagnosis.The hardware and software implementation is firstly demonstrated from system structure,system function and integrated system characters.Based on the analysis of fault diagnosis methods and vibration signal characters,the principle of fault warning system and the steps of fault diagnosis are expounded and proved,specially the function and implementation of fault diagnosis self-learning function.Practical operation in Zhangbei wind power plant shows that this monitoring system can satisfy the actual application with high reliability and efficiency.
