Since the 1990s,consultants and scholars have begun to concentrate on solutions from aspects such as the definition of solutions,the effecting factors of solutions and the implementation of business transformation.In the future,research on solutions may be further in the following aspects： the definition and measurement of solutions,the exploration study on the antecedent of solutions,the relationship between solutions,business performance and total quality marketing.
