实践体验对于工商类本科教学至关重要。当前"90后"大学生接受的信息量大、思维快、讲求实际。针对学生的以上特点,除了选用教材案例作为间接素材运用于教学,也通过实践后提出,在一定的控制条件下,可以尝试让本科生参与部分科研辅助性工作,作为教学的实践案例,以提高整体教学效果,实现二类本科学校培养"有特色、应用型创新人才"的目标。相应地,教学环节和教师在教学中的作用也需要进行一系列的变革。
Practical experience is essential for the business undergraduate teaching. At present, college students borned in the 1990s receive a large amount of information, have fast thinking patterns, and have a practical attitude. For the above characteristics of the students, in addition to the selection of textbook cases as indirect materials used in teaching, researchers propose, through the practice of teaching reform, that teachers can try to let students participate in a part of aided work of science and research under certain controlled conditions which can be taken as the direct cases of teaching to improve the overall teaching effect. This can help realize the aim of type-two universities: cultivating characteristic innovative talents in application. Correspondingly, the procedures and the roles of teachers in the teaching need a series of reforms.
