Based on the findings of key ISM issues in the previous,this paper mainly compares the survey results of Top 10 ISM issues in China and USA from 2004 to 2007,and gives six conclusions. The paper finally predicts the trend of the key issues of Information Systems in mainland China in the next three to five years and specifically gives five trend aspects.
