According to flight and control procedure of parallel multi-runway airport terminalarea, by using the queuing theory, we discuss two models of flight queuing operation: ①mutually independent,② joint cooperation of mutual supports. We determine some indices and find that② supports more flight request and provide higher service quality than ①, Thus, we give some suggestions for optimizing the flight take-off and landing.
