从健康荷斯坦奶牛的新鲜粪样筛选出一株优势菌(乳杆菌),对其进行生化试验鉴定和分子生物学鉴定,并做安全性试验。试验结果表明,此菌为革兰氏阳性菌,糖醇发酵试验为阳性,触媒试验阳性,对克拉霉素、洁霉素、青霉素、庆大霉素等有一定的耐药性,并能抑制大肠杆菌生长,但对沙门氏菌无抑制作用。动物试验结果表明,饲喂筛选出的乳杆菌的小鼠精神状态良好,粪便正常,没有出现腹泻和死亡,体质量明显增加。分离的反刍动物源性的乳杆菌为今后微生态制剂的研究奠定基础。
A strain of dominant bacteria (Lactobacillus) was screened from fresh fecal samples of healthy Holstein cows, and it was i- dentified by biochemical tests and molecular biology methods, and security testing. The test result showed that the bacteria was Gram- positive bacteria, fermented sugar alcohol test was positive, the catalyst test was positive. Lactobacillus is resistant to clarithromycin, clindamycin, penicillin, gentamicin, and can inhibit the growth of E. coli, but has no inhibitory effect on Salmonella. Animal experi- ments showed that the mice feeding with Lactobacillus had good normal stool without diarrhea and death, and their weight increased significantly. Ruminant-derived Lactobacillus provides with a research foundation for probiotics in the future.
