为了探讨电场处理果实贮藏保鲜的机制,以朝研219品种番茄为试材,研究了稳恒静电场和交变电场对果实作用时和作用后质量及其呼吸强度、乙烯释放量的变化规律。结果表明,在作用过程中提高了果实的失质量率,促进了呼吸反应和乙烯的生成;而在电场作用后,即果实受到刺激诱导后的贮藏过程中与对照相比,却降低了呼吸强度,减少了乙烯的释放,从整个贮藏整体过程来看,则比对照的失质量率显著减小。
In order to discuss the storage of fruit, the paper takes "ZhaoYan219" tomato (Lycopersicom esculentum) as example and studies the variety of weight, respiration intensity and the release of ethylene during and after the stable electrostatic field and alternative electric field. The results show that during the treatment it improves tomato weightlessness, promotes respiration and produces ethylene , after the treatment that is the stimulated storage, it lows respiration intensity and decreases the release of ethylene contrastly. From the whole storage, the weightlessness lows significantly by contrast.
