A new concept of proper weakly almost periodic point minimal system is introduced,that is,a system contains proper weakly almost periodic points containing no proper subsystem with these properties.We prove that such a system is topologically transitive and has a full measure center.It can be proved further that such a system is Taken-Ruelle chaos,strongly ergodic and totally ergodicly sensitive.
