介绍了一种基于LabVIEW软件的磁保持继电器电阻自动测试系统。该系统由任意波形发生器、GPIB接口卡、数字万用表、自制功率放大器以及PC组成,通过波形发生器发生驱动波形,促使继电器在闭合与断开两种状态中不断切换,同时由数字万用表时时测量各状态下继电器触点处的电阻值并传输至PC上保存。该方案充分发挥了LabVIEW软件兼容性强、人机互动性好的优势,并通过合理设定触发波形,解决了不同仪器间自动同步的重要问题,上述连续测试数据可以为判断磁保持继电器的使用寿命和失效机理提供明确的依据。
This paper describes a magnetic latching relay system resistance based on the LabVIEW. The system consists of an arbitrary waveform generator,a GPIB interface card,a digital multimeter,a power amplifier and a PC. The driven signal,generated both by the waveform generator and amplifier,was used to switch the relay between the closed state and the open state continuously. At the same time, the digital multimeter measures the resistance of relay contact corresponding to each state and the data was transferred to PC and recorded constantly. This system has two advantages as follows:Firstly,the programs take full use of the advantages of Labview software such as compatibility,kind human- computer interaction. Secondly,the synchronization between different instruments was achieved by a reasonable trigger signal. The above continuous test data provided a basis for lifetime and failure mechanism of the magnetic latching relay.
