为了调查广西禽偏肺病毒(aMPV)的感染情况,本研究于2015年7月~12月期间采集广西南宁(A和B鸡场)和玉林(C和D鸡场) 4个规模化鸡场的不同品种、不同周龄的种鸡和肉鸡血清共480份,进行aMPV抗体检测。检测结果显示这4个规模化鸡场的种鸡群在雏鸡阶段aMPV抗体阳性率为15 %~66.67 %,并且整个产蛋期aMPV抗体阳性率均为90 %~100 %;所调查的南宁和玉林地区3个鸡场的肉鸡群均存在aMPV感染,玉林地区C场肉鸡群的aMPV抗体阳性率和平均抗体滴度均高于南宁地区A和B场;检测的6个不同品种的种鸡群均存在aMPV感染,其中aMPV抗体阳性率以灵山土鸡和清远麻鸡最高(100 %),铁脚麻鸡相对较低,但也高达78 %。本研究表明在所调查的广西规模化鸡场鸡群中,aMPV感染普遍,种鸡感染尤为严重,尤其是玉林地区。本研究为aMPV感染的研究和防治积累了数据资料。
In order to investigate the prevalence of avian metapneumovirus (aMPV) in Guangxi region, a total of 480 chicken serum samples from chickens of different species and different weeks of age were collected from chicken farms in Nanning (A and B chicken farms) and Yulin (C and D chicken farms) of Guangxi for detection of aMPV antibody from July to December in 2015. The results showed that aMPV antibody positive rate was 15%-66.67% when breeder flocks were 5-7 weeks old, and it was normally between 90% and 100% in the whole laying period. The broilers from Nanning and Yulin were infected with aMPV, the aMPV antibody positive rate and the average antibody titer of C farm in Yulin were much higher than those of A and B farms in Nanning. All the six different species of chickens detected were infected with aMPV, and the infection rate of Ling-shan local chicken and Qing-yuan Ma chicken was the highest (100%), the infection rate of Tie-jiao Ma chicken was lowest (still up to 78%). The results of the present study demonstrated that the detected chickens in Guangxi intensive chicken farms were widely infected with aMPV, especially breeder flocks and the chickens in Yulin intensive chicken farms.
