通过对好氧颗粒污泥中真菌的分离、纯化,得到13株丝状真菌,其中含8种酵母菌、3种霉菌和2种放线菌。进一步鉴定后,选出其中4株真菌分别接入到灭菌后的污泥消化液内,考察其对污泥消化液中有机物的降解特性。研究发现,颗粒污泥内的真菌对消化液中有机物具有较好的降解能力,其最大去除率可达40%。由此表明,丝状真菌不仅能依靠其结构特性增强颗粒污物稳定性,而且可以消除细菌代谢产物在颗粒内的积累,改善颗粒内微生物生态环境,从而提高颗粒污泥的稳定性。
13 species fungi were isolated from aerobic granular sludge, which included 8 species yeast, 3 species moulds and 2 species actinomyces. With the identification of DNA series analysis and Sherlock microbial identification system, 9 species were identified. To investigate the biodegradation properties on organic pollutants, 4 species were inoculated into the liquid of digested sludge. It was found that fungi could degrade the resolvable organic matter well, with removal efficiency up to 40%. Results indicated that fungi could improve the stability of granules not only by their filaceous structure, but also by their biodegradation ability on resolvable organic matter produced by metabolism of bacteria.
