设计了一种电动机定子自动叠片机。实现了定子硅钢片叠加的机械化和自动化,提高了硅钢片叠加的效率和精确度。利用Solidworks对叠片机进行了仿真分析。整个系统采用了PC+PLC主从式控制结构,实现了叠片与备料过程的同步控制,提高了系统的安全准确性,反馈及时性和易操作性。新机器的开发与研制,将大幅度提高电动机定子的生产效率和产品合格率。
A new design scheme for the automatic lamination machine is put forward to solve the mechanization and automation of the lamination. The efficiency and accuracy of the lamination have been improved. The simulation analysis of the machine is completed by using Solidworks. The whole system adopts PC+PLC control structure to solve the synchronization control of the process of lamination and preparation, which has enhanced the system safety, accuracy, communication real-time and operational easiness. The research and development of the new machine will greatly improve the production efficiency and qualified rate of the motor stator.
