为研究钢管再生混凝土柱的塑性铰长度,以再生粗骨料取代率、长细比、轴压比和含钢率为变化参数,对10个圆钢管再生混凝土柱和6个方钢管再生混凝土柱试件进行拟静力试验。根据试件的破坏形态、滞回曲线,并基于等效塑性铰理论,提出压弯状态下圆钢管再生混凝土柱和方钢管再生混凝土柱的等效塑性铰长度计算公式。研究结果表明:钢管再生混凝土柱破坏形态与普通钢管混凝土柱相似,钢管底部鼓曲破坏,底部的核心再生混凝土被压碎;钢管再生混凝土柱滞回曲线比较饱满,其形状从梭形发展到弓形,当再生粗骨料的取代率分别为0%,30%,70%,100%时,试件的滞回曲线受其影响不大;圆钢管再生混凝土柱等效塑性铰长度是其截面高度的0.45~0.95倍,方钢管再生混凝土柱等效塑性铰长度是其截面高度的0.65~0.75倍。
To study plastic hinge length of recycled aggregate concrete filled steel tube column,quasi-static tests were carried out on specimens including ten recycled aggregate concrete filled circular steel tube columns and six recycled aggregate concrete filled square steel tube columns with different replacement ratios of recycled coarse aggregate,slenderness ratios, axial compression ratios and steel ratios. According to failure mode and the hysteretic curves,computational formulas of equivalent plastic hinge length were proposed for recycled aggregate concrete filled circular steel tube columns and recycled aggregate concrete filled square steel tube columns under compression and bending based on the theory of equivalent plastic hinge. It is shown that the failure modes of specimens are similar to ones of common concrete filled steel tube columns with the buckled steel tube at the bottom and the crushed core recycled aggregate concrete at the bottom. The hysteretic curves are plump and their shapes change from fusiform to arch. When replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate is respectively 0%,30%,70% and 100%,influence on the hysteretic curves is little. Equivalent plastic hinge lengths of circular specimens are as 0. 45 ~ 0. 95 times high as cross section heights,while ones of square specimens are as 0. 65 ~ 0. 75 times high as cross section heights.
